MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF MITIGATION/RESTORATION EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Water Damage Mitigation Project Manager for a Restoration company in Irvine, CA.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm
Requirements:
- 2 years in the water mitigation/restoration industry
- Strong knowledge of mitigation process and equipment
- Proficiency in Xactimate, MICA, and Encircle (or similar software)
- IICRC WRT certification (ASD or AMRT preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work on-call rotation for emergency jobs

Responsibilities:
- Manage residential and commercial water damage restoration projects
- Perform initial inspections, develop scopes, and write accurate estimates using Xactimate
- Coordinate technicians and ensure proper documentation (MICA, Encircle, moisture logs, etc.)
- Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to keep jobs on track
- Monitor drying progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely and complete mitigation
- Maintain compliance with IICRC standards, safety protocols, and company quality standards
- Close jobs efficiently with completed paperwork, signed forms, and proper billing
