Role : Business Analyst 4
Location : Richmond, VA(hybrid) Within 2 hrs drive to Richmond
Contract
Business Analyst Role duties :
Interview the business SMEs to investigate questions from the project team
Facilitate requirements gathering (REFINEMENTS)
Capturing & documenting User Stories & Acceptance Criteria in our system of record)
Elaborate acceptance criteria, test cases (verification, SIT, UAT)
May serve as tester (validation, SIT, creation and creation / facilitation of UAT case scenarios)
Mentor team on analysis techniques and best practices as observed, guidance to PO / SM / PM
Identifying and suggesting solutions, documenting mockups, presenting to team and business
Creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, solutions
May create required design documentation as needed
Represent the stakeholders (keep things honest)
Grooms backlog with the team / developers
Quickly become a SME to our project
Validate that the implementations in our Sprints match the project plan / requirements
Keep all documentation stored and shared with the team in our designated online / cloud locations at all times
