Are you looking for an opportunity to help children reach their highest potential? We are looking for a medical administrative professional to do just that!
The Patient Care Coordinator position is focused on in-person check-ins, answering phones, being the primary schedulers for the clinic and other administrative tasks. You must possess the ability to enforce clinic policies when needed and always demonstrate a keen attention to detail.
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.
This position requires :

- Expert computer skills
- The ability to communicate clearly with a variety of audiences
- Ability to follow and implement company protocols
- Critical thinking capability
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to complete defined tasks

- A desire to learn about the various functions of clinic administration
This position will interact with every administrative role in the clinic as well as our team of therapists. This job is not for everyone but the right person will love it. The position comes with a variety of benefits including paid time off, retirement and a medical plan.
