Document patient care in the EMR system , ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Flexibility to float between Medsurg and other units as needed, based on staffing needs.
Education & Certification Requirements:
Active RN license in Indiana or Compact state.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification required.
Previous neuro nursing experience is required.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
