The Team
We are a young, close-knit team of 30 employees and growing fast! We love helping people, traveling, financial growth, outdoor adventures, and live music (hence, Austin, TX). While we take our work seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
With a rising demand for healthcare professionals, especially in travel and temporary roles, we’re looking to expand our team to keep up with the opportunities ahead.
The Role
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will source and place top-tier travel nurses and allied health professionals across the nation. Your role is crucial in maintaining high-quality patient care by staffing healthcare facilities with skilled, dedicated professionals while building meaningful, long-term relationships. Expect a fast-paced, rewarding environment with significant impact.
Compensation
💰 Base Salary: $52,000
💰 Commission: Uncapped – earn six figures by year two! (Year 1 OTE $75,000 )
Training

Qualifications – The Right Fit
Staffing is a sales-driven, people-centered industry, so our most successful recruiters are personable, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.
While there are no strict requirements, we’re looking for candidates who bring one or more of the following:
- New Graduates – Highly motivated, involved in organizations, and eager to launch their career.
- Early-Career Professionals – Experience in healthcare, staffing, or a related field is a plus.
- Sales-Oriented Individuals – Comfortable building relationships, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Mission-Driven Professionals – Passionate about making a meaningful impact in healthcare staffing.
