MGA Homecare specializes in providing private duty nursing, personal care services, and therapy to the medically complex population. We are growing and have an immediate opening for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Austin! This position is fully on-site with the opportunity to work remote 1 day a week after successful completion of training. Please note, this is not an HR role. This position sits on our Sales Operations Team. In this role, you'll have the rewarding responsibility of finding qualified healthcare professionals to place in the homes of families with medically fragile pediatric patients.
The salary for this position is $55,000 base salary bonus potential. Full benefits are available on the first of the month after 30 days of employment.

Your responsibilities in this role will be to:
- Recruit healthcare professionals through extensive phone and Internet/email prospecting
- Generate a high-volume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
- Perform full-spectrum recruitment, from initial screening to placement in the field
- Use major job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) referrals, and warm calling to find and attract talent
- Provide outstanding customer service to MGA's clients and job seekers
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
- High sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks and a willingness to learn
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
