Job Description:
- Provide high-quality, urgent care to patients in the Emergency Room, including triage, assessment, and treatment of various medical conditions and emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely and effective patient care.
- Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and manage critical situations with precision and care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and medical interventions.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, ensuring patient safety and appropriate care throughout their visit.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
- Previous experience in an emergency room or high-pressure medical environment is highly desirable.
