As an Associate with Connected Space, you will be responsible to:
- Conduct mental health assessments, provide diagnosis and collaborate with patient to treatment plan
- Schedule follow up appointments
- Provide engaged, effective trauma informed therapy
- Attend company trainings and practice consultation meetings

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counseling or social work
- Oregon associate license or registration
