We are currently hiring for multiple positions and seeking board-registered associates (Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, Professional Counselor Associate, and Clinical Social Worker Associate (CSWA)) to provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling. Bilingual individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a hybrid position offering in-person services at our Portland, Oregon (97214) location, with flexible scheduling options. All clinicians will start as part-time employees, with opportunities to transition to full-time after an initial 90-day period.
Position Overview : Clinical Therapist
The clinical therapist will provide counseling and mental health services within a marital and family context. Responsibilities include :
- Conducting individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions and addressing psychological and relational issues.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of services provided, in compliance with third-party payer requirements.
- Candidates must be willing to work with Medicaid (OHP) and other commercial insurance clientele.
