Do you have a heart for fostering strong relationships and supporting couples? Are you dedicated to mental health and helping individuals and families overcome mental health issues?
If so, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as board-registered associates (Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, Professional Counselor Associate, and Clinical Social Worker Associate) to provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling. This position requires fluency in Spanish and English or Haitian Creole and English.
This hybrid position offers in-person services at our Portland, Oregon location, with flexible scheduling options. All clinicians will start as part-time employees, with opportunities to transition to full-time after an initial 90-day period.
As a Clinical Therapist, your responsibilities will include conducting individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions and address psychological and relational issues while maintaining comprehensive records of services provided in compliance with third-party payer requirements. Candidates must be willing to work with Medicaid (OHP) and other commercial insurance clientele.
