Role Overview

As an Associate Sales Manager, you’ll:

• Assist clients in navigating their financial benefit options.

• Manage a consistent flow of inbound leads and proactively nurture potential clients.

• Manage and mentor a small team of associate sales representatives.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
• Uncapped Commission: Unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
• Additional Bonuses: Opportunities to earn performance-based rewards and recognition.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales or a customer-focused role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively explain financial services to clients.
• Prior financial services experience or relevant certification is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in navigating sales software.
