Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee product development, sustaining efforts, and support projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Guide cross-functional teams on new products, improvements, safety, and schedules.
• Manage design, prototyping, and enhancement of products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition designs into production.
