Overview
The Systems Integration Manager will support colleagues to implement and proactively manage superior technology solutions. This role is responsible for training, maintenance and user support on Salesforce CRM platform, with a dual focus on the selection and implementation of ERP. This role is responsible for the delivery of project/program deliverables that typically have high visibility and impact. In this role, you will create a sound project management approach that fits best for planning and managing the work using both agile and traditional methods. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering complex implementations on time while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of systems, inclusive of Salesforce and ERP. Serves as the principal conduit for managing and prioritizing enhancement requirements between internal teams in support of Data Initiatives. Building on the current data strategy, will design, develop and deliver customer master data initiatives to scale existing solutions. Will have primary responsibility to gather, analyze, prioritize, document, and validate the needs of the internal business stakeholders. This position works closely with internal teams to perform adherence standards and develop documentation to support project goals and ultimately make each implementation initiative a success.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Implement, train, and make improvements to facilitate the best possible customer experience.
· Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support the selection and seamless integration of ERP solution.
· Perform quality checks and analyze data conversions.
· Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
· Contribute towards maturing project management.
· Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
· Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
· Manage and provide appropriate visibility to project issues.
· Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
· Foster a collaborative environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences based on consistently demonstrated personal values.
Required Experience:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, computer science, or related field or applicable years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement required.
· Experience:
· Salesforce certification preferred – (administrator, business analyst, architect, etc.).
· Experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) preferred
· Experience with ERP integration.
· Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau or Power BI).
· Experience with workflow automation and form builder tools.
· Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering.
· Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements.
· Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce.
· Skills:
o CRM Software knowledge, Microsoft 365 support knowledge.
o Strong report and dashboard building skills, in Salesforce and other systems.
o Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
o Ability to implement Salesforce configuration changes, including, but not limited to, flows, approval processes, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, lightning pages, actions, and custom settings.
o Effective conflict & impediments management in a fast-paced environment, take higher responsibilities working with cross functional team who are working on multiple priorities.
o Basic knowledge in implementation technologies, principles and procedures.
o Inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals, recognizing and celebrating their contributions.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office. Frequently operates a computer. The person in this position constantly communicates with individuals on a variety of sensitive and legal issues. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Occasionally travels to business-related sites. Requires the ability to read computer screens and printed material. Normal conditions with reasonable workstation flexibility. Moderate noise (business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
