This is a hybrid position at the ReferWell HQ in Stamford, CT. We expect employees onsite twice a week.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an IT Manager to join our team and support our internal IT infrastructure, technical support, and security compliance. You’ll be responsible for managing company systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all hardware, software, and networks function efficiently to support our growing organization. Responsibilities:

  • Thin Client Management: Set up, configure, and manage thin clients for our Care Navigators across the U.S.
  • Retool Support: Build and maintain dynamic internal applications using Retool, integrating data from APIs, databases, and third-party services.
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain IT systems, including Microsoft 365 Admin, Intune, Google Workspace, Asset Tiger, Sophos, and networking equipment.
  • Technical Support: Provide hands-on support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware/software issues and addressing technical queries.
  • Network Management: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure security and stability.
  • Software Deployment (Intune): Upload, test, and deploy applications based on business requirements.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with HITRUST standards.
  • Asset Tracking: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT hardware, including laptops, monitors, and accessories.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to assess and fulfill technical needs for ongoing projects.
  • Troubleshooting & System Upgrades: Diagnose and resolve IT issues, plan and implement software/hardware upgrades.
  • Jira Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize incoming Jira tickets, ensuring timely resolutions for internal staff.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
  • Experience: 3 years in IT support, network administration, or related roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows & macOS operating systems
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Experience with cloud-based services (AWS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.


Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, or other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with IT project management.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell).


Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Base salary: $90,000 - $110,000 bonus equity
