Job Summary
This Preschool Classroom Associate position is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team of experienced educators. As a key member of our early childhood education program, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of preschool children and contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation within our organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing engaging and interactive activities that promote social-emotional growth and cognitive development in preschool children.
- Support teachers in maintaining accurate records of student progress, behavior, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that meets the diverse needs of our students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education Credits or equivalent experience.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate or willingness to obtain.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
