CIFC Health, a project of Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc., seeks a full-time Front Desk Manager. The Front Desk Manager is a critical role for CIFC Health’s outpatient medical practice departments. This position supports a wide range of essential functions by providing front line response, oversight of daily front desk operations, management of Lead Registrars and Front Desk Registrars, and assures cross coverage support for departments as required. The Front Desk Manager engages in team-based decisions to ensure the continued delivery of quality-based customer service-oriented patient care. This position requires a high degree of initiative, discretion, and judgment to organize priorities, assess, and direct a wide range of practice processes. The front desk manager establishes and maintains processes in e-Clinical Works to ensure compliance with healthcare and billing practices, along with organizational policies and procedures. This position works closely with the Clinical Systems Manager, Chiefs of the departments, and Accounting Manager / Billing Department.
Requirements :
Successful candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree, and two years of appropriate medical office (Supervision) experience (or equivalent); Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
