Your Day as a Dermatology Medical Assistant
As a Full Time Dermatology Medical Assistant at Dermatology Physicians of Connecticut, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Transcribing for providers during exams
- Administering local anesthesia
- Educating patients on their treatment plans
- Assisting with cosmetic procedures
- Stocking rooms with supplies, sanitizing work areas, and diligently following through with tasks
Requirements
To excel in the role of Full Time Dermatology Medical Assistant at Dermatology Physicians of Connecticut, candidates should possess a blend of essential skills and qualifications.
Prior experience working in a medical office is preferred, but we also welcome strong self-starters with a willingness to learn.
Experience with electronic medical records, particularly proficiency with EMA, is advantageous.
Dermatology experience is preferred but not required.
