Overview:
For a Global Automotive Tier One Supplier, Connecting Experts is seeking a strategic and hands-on FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to support decision-making and long-term financial strategy. The role involves managing a small team and coordinating with global finance counterparts, driving forward financial discipline and strategic insight across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver core FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Partner with senior leadership on mid- to long-term strategic planning initiatives.
- Analyze financial results, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights.
- Review and refine financial projections and budgets prepared by analysts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to forecast revenue and expenses, and model long-term growth drivers.
- Prepare month-end reporting packages across multiple regions and oversee regional finance teams.
- Drive standardization and excellence in reporting and planning processes.
- Provide executive-ready analysis and presentations for CFO and C-level stakeholders.
- Support and manage strategic projects with an enterprise-wide impact.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven FP&A experience in a fast-paced, global, or multi-regional environment.
- Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting best practices.
- Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights and influence business decisions.

Technical & Professional Requirements:
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in FP&A
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial software (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion), and BI tools.
- Experience leading or mentoring small teams.
- Adept at handling ad hoc requests and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
