We are looking for hungry, money-motivated recruitment talent to bring their knowledge and expertise to the team. This role be working directly alongside our VP of the US office on building and supporting the growth of our Team.

- Manage the client's needs and expectations
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Working to improve recruitment efficiency
- Responsible for business development
- Lead executive search projects across the globe
- Business trips / customer meetings
- Push for Top-Biller status

- Recruitment experience within Renewable Energy
- Proven track record of billings
