Huge fees: You will be working in exclusively on executive search positions from Director, VP and C-suite level. Average fees are $50k. In December 2024, 3 deals worth over $150k were boarded! The commission take home on this is next level
Learn from $1m billers: You will be in an office reporting directly into a $1m biller who has 12 years experience in the market. The office is high performing and has multiple $500k billers too.
Roles to work from day 1: It is likely that this will be a new market for you so the expectation won't be to win new business in the first few months. Instead, you will be focussing on the candidate and delivering on some existing jobs to get a better understanding of the market and earn commission quickly.
Market focus: The firm are global specialists in the senior manufacturing space across multiple industries. Despite many markets taking a hit over the last few years, this firm went from strength to strength. 2025 market conditions are indicating they will have their best year yet.
