Overview
Connection has an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity for a hybrid Help Desk Analyst with an insurance company in Overland Park, KS.
This help desk position will be 75% phone support and 25% deskside support. Three days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) are required for in-office with Tuesdays and Thursays being remote.
Contract rate- $25/hr
Responsibilities
- Handling daily Level 1 calls
- Unlocking accounts and re-setting passwords.
- VDI resets
- Troubleshooting hardware/software/printer issues.
- In-office responsibilities such as shipping out equipment and setting up user workstations.
- Working in a primarily virtual desktop environment with minimal desktop. Ability to transfer to a mobile/virtual environment.

- Strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Active Directory experience.
- Azure and Intune experience preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Windows 10 and Office 365 experience.
