Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and administration for Epicor ERP systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level II helpdesk issues, assisting users with application-related challenges.
- Work with the Project Module in Epicor Classic or Epicor Kinetic, offering specialized knowledge beyond basic user experience.
- Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to improve operational workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and customize application functionalities based on business needs.
- Contribute to process improvements and support the scalability of IT systems in a growing organization.

Qualifications:
- Epicor ERP expertise (beyond user-level experience); familiarity with the Project Module is required.
