Title: ABA Practitioner
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an ABA Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or a related condition, in a one-on-one setting. The ABA Practitioner will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and will implement individualized treatment plans to help improve the child's social, communication, and behavioral skills.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children diagnosed with ASD or related condition in a one-on-one setting.
- Collect data to assist BCBA in monitoring progress
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure consistency across all settings.
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and workshops as required.
Qualifications (preferred):
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-year experience providing ABA therapy to children with ASD.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and procedures.
-Speak a second language
Qualifications (required):
-1 year experience working with children with disabilities, any setting
-Enthusiastic approach to engaging with children and families
-Currently enrolled in Bachelor's program in Psychology or Education
-Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
