We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in compliance, benefits administration, leave of absence (LOA) management, and expertise in process improvement and documentation.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
- Develop, maintain, and regularly update employment documentation, policies, and procedures while ensuring effective communication across the organization.
- Process personnel changes and maintain employment records for 600 employees within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and electronic files, adhering to state, federal, and company recordkeeping requirements.
- Maintain accurate benefits eligibility data and support questions regarding benefits from employees.
- Manage ACA and EEOC data compliance.
- Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Assist the HR supervisor with policy development, process design and documentation (SOPs).
- Audit training records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Lead weekly onboarding sessions to facilitate smooth employee integration.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Oversee new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes.
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events, promoting company values to potential employees.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with HR and company audits (insurance, 401K, eligibility) and reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain HR Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Other duties assigned by HR Supervisor or leadership
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-7 years of HR Generalist or Specialist experience, preferably healthcare or an industry where there is a high-level of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a small human resources team, maintain integrity, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Details:
Pay range: $27-$32/hr DOE
Work schedule: M-F, 8:00-5:00, on-site in Newberg location
