ConnectPay is seeking a Payroll Solutions Consultant to support our Field Sales team. As a Payroll Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for researching and prospecting small businesses, creating and executing outreach strategies, and identifying payroll solution opportunities for small businesses.
This role offers a base salary and commission structure. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the sales process and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Field Sales Leaders and Account Executives to identify business and market opportunities.
- Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or related field.
- 1 years' experience in an inside sale, customer service or business development role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
