Account Executive

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Account Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close sales deals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our services, pricing, and competitive advantages.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, experience in the BPO industry a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
