Our client, a rapidly growing and unique insurance organization and one of the fastest-growing insurance brokers in the U.S., is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team.
As the Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing a high-volume generalist book of insurance business.
Responsibilities
- Handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy inquiries efficiently.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the insurance markets, underwriting guidelines, submission procedures, and company products.
- Reviewing all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborating with the department manager to coordinate expiration lists and gather renewal business information.
Qualifications
For the right candidate, a hybrid schedule could also be considered. There is a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package - access to health insurance, generous paid time off (PTO) policy, 401K matching program for retirement savings. Base salary up to $75,000.
