Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, travel, and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for easy retrieval of information
- Assist with project coordination and communication between team members and departments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate inventory management to ensure availability
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks
