- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments for team members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain and organize the reception area and meeting rooms
- Assist in preparing and maintaining office documents and reports
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role
