What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at The Avante Group?
Avante Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Receptionist Monday through Friday 8a-4p, to provide administrative duties, answering phones and other day-to-day administrative functions and also to follow-up on functions to assist the Administrator in meeting the administrative needs of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards relating to long-term care operations and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that proper Administrative procedures and the confidentiality thereof are maintained at all times.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of High School Education.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must have at least (6) months experience in a clerical position.
- Must have knowledge of office machines, i.e. computer, 10 key calculator and typewriter
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Positive attitude toward the public and elderly.
- Customer service oriented.
