Duties
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees on machine operations and quality control procedures.
- Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and hands-on exercises.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure employees are up to date with the latest operational techniques and quality standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.
- Monitor and assess employees' performance during and after training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure continuous improvement in machine operations and quality control.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on machine operations and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Complete/provide 100% of required training materials to all new employees assigned to you for training courses and enter all related records of training into appropriate records system

- Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Maintain staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities.
- Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
