  • Pay rate : $70K base salary, 1st year $100-$130K overall

  • Schedule : M-F, flexible work hours (40 hours / week)

Description :

We are hiring a licensed journeyman electrician to join our sales team as a Residential Sales Estimator. This role is ideal for electricians seeking to transition from fieldwork into a dynamic, growth-focused sales environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct home visits to assess electrical needs.
  • Develop project scopes and present installation options to customers.
  • Use software to communicate job details to installers.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and participate in ongoing training.

    • Qualifications :

  • MA and / or NH Journeyman Electrician License (required).
  • Residential electrical experience and knowledge of electrical codes.
  • Sales training (preferred).
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and a clean driving record.
