Sales Estimator

We are looking to add an Estimator to our team. You will be responsible for supporting our sales team with detailed and well-organized estimates of luxury residential home renovation/construction projects in the western suburbs and Route 2 corridor. This important role reports directly to the Director of Sales.

Your job is to review proposal specifications and construction drawings, determine job scope of work, perform take-offs and organize sub-contractor quotes, and assemble an accurate estimate in a timely manner. We demand that our customers receive the highest level of service, integrity, and value. Your keen understanding of the residential building process, attention to detail, and strong time-management skills will make you successful in this role.

Qualifications

• Construction background and knowledge of remodeling process
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, design and architectural drawings
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Computer skills: MS Office including advanced skills in Excel, Plan Swift, or similar take-off software
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
