What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP HR Functional Consultant position at Connexions Data Inc?
We need to position a very good HR functional resource onsite with good functional skills SAP HR EP4 knowledge. Note this area is completely dominated by Cognizant today for past many years and Merck manger is willing to consider us if we can provide a qualified profile quickly – so it will be door opener – if we can staff. The duration is approx. 4 months. If we have any nonlocal resource available on the bench then please let me know as the chances are this may continue longer. The person should be able to collect and document requirements very good communication skills and good configuration and testing skills. Knowledge of HP ALM product for testing would be plus but not mandatory.
- Master Repository of all employee data worldwide – contains info from onboarding to retirement of employee
- Payroll is not part of SAP HR but this system sends data to 70 different Payroll systems
- There are no training records in SAP HR – it is all in Successfactor myLearning system
