They seek a dynamic and experienced IT Support Specialist to join their team. This role involves overseeing their IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of their technical systems, and contributing to the continuous improvement of their Salesforce health cloud platform. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all IT-related operations and infrastructure in Lombard, IL, ensuring optimal performance.

Ensure data security, backup systems, and system redundancies.

Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

Provide technical support and training to staff on new IT systems.

Stay updated with the latest IT trends, applying this knowledge to improve our systems and practices.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.

Support 40 office and warehouse employees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.

Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.

Experience in Salesforce.com administration and development.

Experience with Zebra Printers and ZPL.

Familiarity with database management, network systems, and IT security.

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
