Drafter/CAD Operator IV
Location: Corona Division, CA
Clearance Required: Secret
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Drafter/CAD Operator IV to create and update Building Information Modeling (BIM) CAD drawings, maps, and plans for the Corona Division. This role requires expertise in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and Revit, along with a deep understanding of architectural and engineering design.
Responsibilities:
- Convert as-built drawings to BIM CAD drawings, 3D models, and detailed project drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and planners to develop and refine designs for utilities, roads, and other structures.
- Draft and illustrate maps, diagrams, and plans for construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Conduct infrastructure assessment surveys and update drawings as necessary.
- Prepare drafting instructions, desk guides, and other documentation for facility operations.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or Architecture (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD drafting (8 years preferred).
- Certification from the American Design Drafting Association (ADDA).
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and related software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
