Location : Corona Division, CA
Clearance Required : Secret (Interim acceptable)
Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager I to oversee the successful execution of contract tasks for the Corona Divisions Corporate Operations Department and CTO. The ideal candidate will lead task management, provide detailed analysis, and ensure compliance with all contract deliverables.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct weekly meetings with Government representatives to provide task updates.
- Analyze trends, forecast costs, and make recommendations for workload planning and skills requirements.
- Prepare and submit personnel rosters, status reports, financial reports, and other documentation as required.
- Manage onboarding and check-in processes for new hires and provide check-out reports for exiting personnel.
- Develop and maintain Standard of Practice Procedure reports and Security Incident reports).
- Ensure timely completion of all program milestones and performance metrics.
