Key Requirements:
- An extensive background in HVAC is essential.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug testing.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Master the Eclipse system, including paper flows, procedures, and policies.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both employees and valued customers.
- Regularly engage with manufacturer representatives.
- Participate in scheduled managers' meetings.
- Collaborate with sales staff to nurture and enhance customer relations.
- Provide support to the sales team in the realm of collections when required.
- Coordinate customer product training alongside the Marketing Manager.
- Attend industry trade shows and engage in product training.
- Skillfully follow directions and liaise with corporate colleagues to achieve company objectives.
- Take charge of interviewing candidates, checking references, and making personnel selections.
- Oversee the training process for new team members.
- Enforce and communicate employment policies, ensuring fairness and consistency in discipline.
- Organize work schedules effectively.
- Communicate sales and advertising strategies to the Marketing Manager.
- Lead the branch staff, optimizing their potential and identifying career paths.
- Conduct regular meetings to communicate goals, branch performance, and employee input.
- Contribute valuable insights as an integral part of the management team, aligning objectives with other functions.
- Stay updated through educational workshops, professional publications, and networking.
- Collaborate with the CFO/COO on budgeting and branch financial performance.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by coordinating with the purchasing department.
- Execute additional tasks as required.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong management or supervisory background.
- Five years of HVAC experience.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-sufficiency in completing tasks within tight deadlines.
- Ability to engage effectively with personnel at all levels.
