• An extensive background in HVAC is essential.

Role And Responsibilities

• Master the Eclipse system, including paper flows, procedures, and policies.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with both employees and valued customers.
• Regularly engage with manufacturer representatives.
• Participate in scheduled managers' meetings.
• Collaborate with sales staff to nurture and enhance customer relations.
• Provide support to the sales team in the realm of collections when required.
• Coordinate customer product training alongside the Marketing Manager.
• Attend industry trade shows and engage in product training.
• Skillfully follow directions and liaise with corporate colleagues to achieve company objectives.
• Take charge of interviewing candidates, checking references, and making personnel selections.
• Oversee the training process for new team members.
• Enforce and communicate employment policies, ensuring fairness and consistency in discipline.
• Organize work schedules effectively.
• Communicate sales and advertising strategies to the Marketing Manager.
• Lead the branch staff, optimizing their potential and identifying career paths.
• Conduct regular meetings to communicate goals, branch performance, and employee input.
• Contribute valuable insights as an integral part of the management team, aligning objectives with other functions.
• Stay updated through educational workshops, professional publications, and networking.
• Collaborate with the CFO/COO on budgeting and branch financial performance.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by coordinating with the purchasing department.
• Execute additional tasks as required.
  
  

Minimum Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong management or supervisory background.
• Five years of HVAC experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-sufficiency in completing tasks within tight deadlines.
