REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must have experience migrating from Meditech to Epic and Athena to Epic
- 11 years of experience in IT with a focus on system integration
Leadership roles
Proven experience managing complex projects related to hospital acquisitions or mergers, including EHR and ancillary system integrations
In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems, data management, and integration methodologies, so strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards affecting healthcare IT, including HIPAA.
The BMCHS IT Integration Lead will play a central role within the IT organization, ensuring IT integration activities are identified, planned, and executed effectively. This position will also be a key partner to leaders throughout the enterprise to ensure IT integration activities align with the expectations and needs of the rest of the business.
Lead the planning and execution of IT integration strategies for newly acquired assets and partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
