Job Summary
DescriptionReporting to the Enablement & Master Data Support Supervisor, the Supply Chain Analyst will be supporting our global Supply Chain Master Data space and ensure data quality through consistent application of master data management processes and standards. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for managing global material and service data, Vendor Master management, driving continuous improvement opportunities forward, and consulting on nxtgenERP projects where relevant. Master Data encompasses both material master and vendor master data within this role.
Job Description
Your responsibilities may include:
- Fulfill customer requests for material or service creation, change, or deletion
- Ensure adherence to global standards through request fulfillment
- Facilitate the Vendor Master Request process and submit requests to the Vendor Master team
- Maintain/create team documentation and process mapping
- Maintain SharePoint site
- Optimize internal request process, including intake form and automation
- Support global internal stakeholders across all business units
- Drive continuous improvement of internal and external processes
- Raise issues to the nxtgenERP project team and product owners as necessary for MDG and GEP
- Use OneTrust, SAP ECC, MDG, GEP, SAP S/4 and Jira to manage Master Data support
- Undertake ad hoc/special Supply Chain analyst projects as needed
Basic/Required:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
- 1 or more years of Supply Chain and/or SAP experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS O365 applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, related field, or foreign equivalent
- 3 or more years of experience related to the oil and gas industry, Supply Chain, and/or SAP, GEP, Jira
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective at time management and setting priorities
- Effective in a partnership and collaborative environment
- Ability to provide leadership for others, including goal setting, performance management, and skills development
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve processes, and propose paths to address them
- Ability to understand the complexity of SAP (its modules, configuration, data structures) and how it can be used to accomplish business objectives
- Good decision-making skills
