Key Accountabilities
- Supports HSE Supervisor and HSE organization.
- Responsible for HSE data gathering (near miss, hazard id, stop works, and LSRV's)
- Uses Intelex for information pertaining to incidents and audits.
- Assist Industrial Hygiene –
- Employee Assessment Plan by collecting air and noise samples from personnel at field locations and entering results in Cority, the Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health data management system.
- Coordinate Permian Baseline Sampling Program and data entry into Cority
- Monitors and processes information from “groups” throughout the year to update the Lower 48 annual SARA Report
- Collaborate with ConocoPhillips Medical to monitor the Permian Medical Surveillance Program; assist employees with completing exam packets, schedule exams.
- Provides Lone Worker Program Support: Manage Blackline Equipment and Data Analytics and Trending reports.
- Responsible for maintaining equipment Inventory and Service Program management for Respiratory Protection, Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORM) surveyors, and IH Equipment.
- Perform additional IH Ad Hoc Data processing and submission under the direction of the ConocoPhillips IH Coordinator as required.
- Intermediate level, typically 3-5 years of experience.
- Provides technical/functional and/or administrative support.
- General working knowledge of specific systems, terminology and procedures used within the department.
