2. Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.
3. Head hunting, Searching CV's from Job portals & generating references.
4. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling IT Requirements from US based clients.
2. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling the interviews, offer negotiation, and closing the deals for the assigned requisitions.
3. Sourcing the profiles from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder and etc.,
4. Having sound knowledge in utilizing the social medias like LinkedIn, Twitter etc.,
5. Well versed about the US terms like W2, C2C, 1099 and thorough knowledge in Visa types like US, H1B, F1s etc.,
6. Should be proficient with the time zones of US.
