Job Title: OCM Analyst / OCM Specialist
Location: Austin, Texas (Onsite | 5 Days a Week)
Duration: 12 Months

Interview: Face-to-Face (F2F) Required
4-7 years of genuine experience as an OCM Analyst/Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute project-level change adoption strategies (including change readiness assessments and sustainability plans).
Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Relationship Managers, DBAs, and System Administrators to ensure successful technology adoption.
Develop Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis, and Communications Assessments.
Create and deliver effective change management plans and work products to drive adoption.
Support agency-wide communication strategies to ensure seamless transition during IT changes.
Provide coaching, guidance, and best practices to improve cross-functional coordination.
Translate technical changes into non-technical, user-friendly communication materials.
Ensure smooth execution of change management plans by measuring adoption metrics and reporting progress.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring alignment with ITD s values and customer service standards.
Required Experience (Must-Have Skills):
4-7 years of genuine experience as an OCM Analyst/Specialist.
3 years of hands-on experience with OCM methodologies (such as PROSCI).
3 years of experience in corporate communications and marketing.
Strong expertise in developing OCM work products (e.g., change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis).
Experience leading change initiatives for large, agency-wide IT projects.
Ability to effectively communicate technical changes to non-technical users.
Strong writing, graphic design, and visual communication skills.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in IT, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Change Management, or a related field.
PROSCI Certification (or a recognized equivalent).
