Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager Level 2 to support IT operations change management efforts for Our Direct Client . This role requires a strategic leader who can collaborate with technical and business teams to drive change adoption while ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals. candidates must reside in the Austin, Texas area.
Mandatory Requirements:
Location Restriction: Only candidates currently residing in the Austin, Texas area will be considered. No out-of-state candidates, no relocation, and no applicants from other areas in Texas.
Certification Requirement: Candidates must be Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT operations change management efforts
Develop and implement strategies to support the adoption of required changes.
Conduct studies and impact assessments to evaluate change effectiveness.
Identify and mitigate resistance to change within teams and stakeholders.
Plan and facilitate meetings to align change initiatives with business objectives.
Establish and maintain organizational change management (OCM) checkpoints.
Develop relevant metrics to measure the success of implemented changes.
Assist project managers with change documentation, schedules, status reports, and change requests.
Provide timely updates to project managers and key stakeholders.
Utilize industry-standard change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Manage large-scale organizational change efforts effectively.
Set up and administer SharePoint for collaboration and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven track record of successful IT operations change management.
Strong expertise in change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Hands-on experience in organizational change strategy and implementation.
Ability to manage large-scale transformation projects.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience working in a structured project lifecycle environment.
Proficiency in SharePoint setup and administration.
