- Lead the management and delivery of structural engineering projects, including design, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Perform structural analysis and design for various building types, including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
- Oversight and coordination of the preparation of plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, helping grow the team's technical skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- PE license required; SE license a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of structural engineering and project management experience.
- Expertise in structural design software and proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
