About This Opportunity
FPA is currently searching for a full-time Structural Project Engineer for our Wall Township, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in structural engineering.

Core Responsibilities :
- Perform structural analysis and design for a wide range of projects, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments.
- Develop and prepare detailed construction documents, including drawings and specifications, using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Conduct site assessments and field investigations to gather data for design and analysis.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive integration of structural components with architectural and MEP designs.
- Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) during the construction phase.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering reports, including calculations, design memos, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations (IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, etc.).
- Manage project schedules and budgets, providing updates and communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical and professional development.
