Key Responsibilities:
Food Delivery:
- Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that orders are delivered in the correct sequence and to the right table.
Order Verification:
- Check that all items on the order are present and meet quality standards before delivery.
- Verify that special requests and dietary restrictions are accurately addressed.
Guest Interaction:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally when delivering food.
- Address any immediate concerns or issues with orders promptly and courteously.
Coordination with Kitchen and Service Staff:
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Work closely with servers to manage the flow of food and ensure smooth service.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Keep food running stations and service areas clean and organized.
- Ensure that dishes, utensils, and other service items are properly handled and cleaned.
Assisting with Table Service:
- Assist servers with additional tasks such as refilling beverages, clearing tables, or resetting tables as needed.
Handling Special Requests:
- Accommodate special requests from guests and relay them to the kitchen or service staff as required.
Monitoring Supplies:
- Report any shortages or issues with supplies to the supervisor or kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not always required.

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to carry trays and lift heavy items as needed.
