Legal Assistant & Client Services Coordinator – Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week)

We are a growing estate planning law firm with a focus on providing premium estate planning services to clients. This also entails probate and trust administration, as well as real estate law and small business law. We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organized Legal Assistant & Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to continue developing their hands-on legal experience while supporting a dynamic legal practice.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the attorney in case management, scheduling, client communication, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and draft basic legal documents related to estate planning, probate, and real estate law.
- Oversee and collaborate with a virtual assistant to ensure seamless workflow and office efficiency.
- Assemble and organize client files for legal proceedings and estate planning meetings.
- Manage file and document processing and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Run client meetings, take notes, and coordinate follow-ups to keep cases moving forward.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest level of professionalism.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for document creation, email management, and data tracking.
- Identify workflow improvements and implement systems for efficiency.
- Handle general office tasks such as scanning, mailing, and maintaining office organization.

Work Schedule & Growth Potential:
