Primary Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
- Perform set-ups and adjustments on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize G-code programming to control machine operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Use inspection tools to verify the accuracy and quality of machined parts.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a focus on milling operations.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines.
- Strong understanding of G-code programming and its applications.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Basic programming skills are a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
